This policy explains what SayIts.me collects, why it is collected, and how the information is used to run anonymous 24-hour response links safely.
Information you provide
When a creator makes a SayIts.me link, we store the name or nickname entered, the generated username, the selected mode, link timestamps, and an owner access key in protected form. The private inbox URL should be kept secret by the creator.
When a sender submits a response, we store the message text, message type, creation time, and limited technical signals needed for rate limits, blocking, safety checks, and abuse prevention.
Anonymous does not mean invisible to safety systems
SayIts.me is a no-login anonymous response tool, so senders do not need an account to send a message. However, the service may process IP-based, browser-based, profile-based, and hashed sender signals to reduce spam, block repeat abuse, and protect creators.
These signals are used for safety and operations. They are not shown to the creator as a real identity and should not be treated as a guarantee that a person can always be identified.
How long information remains
Public sending links are designed to accept responses for 24 hours. The creator can also delete the public link earlier, which stops new responses from being accepted.
Private inbox access may remain available to the creator while the link record exists. Some records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, debugging, backups, legal compliance, or service integrity unless deletion is required and technically possible.
Analytics and advertising readiness
We use Google Analytics to understand basic site performance, page usage, device category, and traffic quality. Analytics is implemented in a privacy-conscious way and is not loaded on private owner pages such as created-link pages, inbox pages, sent pages, or card pages where private keys or sensitive post-flow URLs may appear.
If advertising such as Google AdSense is enabled, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ads, prevent fraud, limit abuse, and deliver or personalize ads where allowed by law and user settings.
Security and abuse prevention
SayIts.me uses CSRF checks, private owner keys, hashed owner access checks, rate limits, direct app-folder blocking, security headers, HTTPS canonical redirects, and message safety filters to reduce common risks.
No website can promise perfect security. Keep private inbox links secret, avoid posting screenshots with private URLs, and contact us quickly if you believe a private inbox link has been exposed.

For privacy, abuse, or removal requests, email us with the public link or enough context to locate the issue. We may ask for limited additional details to verify the request and protect the inbox owner.
